This is the fine quality Chef's knife produced from the famous city of blade Sheffield in England. Sheffield is renowned for manufacturing of fine knives. It was manufacture during King Williams IV W. This knife has the blade hand forged from the fine carbon steel designed to take a finer edge and hold it longer providing sharp cutting satisfaction.

The blade is thin making it very easy to resharpen (just slightly flexible). Double pinned over the full tang to sure fitting to make it both easy and comfortable to use.
