This listing is for the Lamson Goodnow US Navy Standard Chefs knife shown in the pictures. This measures an enormous 19.5" long with a 13.75" long blade!
I was not able to learn how oild this blade actually is but it appears to be at least a hundred years old and maybe from even the late 19th century which is when Lamson and Goodnow started making knives for the US Navy. There are some light cracks in the handle as shown but it does not appear to be anything that will fall apart anytime soon. Thanks for looking and good luck!
