BEAUTIFUL Ornate Antique F. DICK Germany Chef's Smaller Knife Sharpening Steel

Dick and an absolutely beautifully crafted one.

Made in Esslingen, Germany it was produced in a very handy smaller size, measuring 12-5/8" long with a 8.25" rod that is finely ridged. As such, it will fit nicely into most knife travel kit bags and even storage blocks. As the photos show, it was made with a hexagonal bakelite handle, grooved deeply at bolster and pommel, inlaid with a silver frame and reinforced with a silver ferrule at the critical juncture where rod meets handle. It's in excellent condition, as photos show, and whether you're starting to collect F.
