Big 17.5 SABATIER Acier Fondu Antique Chef Knife 12 Blade Modified Handle
The overall length is 17.75" with the blade measuring full 12" long. The Sabatier mark is mostly worn but enough is legible to identify the maker. The custom or modified handle is either carved bone, stag or very hard wood. The handle is tight and sturdy and feels very good in hand. The foot at the end pommel has a small, make-do repair that was made a long time ago.
