Rare 40 piece, complete service for 4 set of DANSK TOKE bamboo handle flatware set designed by Jens Quistgaard. Made in Denmark circa late 50's. Set includes 8 of each, dinner fork, dinner spoon, dinner knife, salad fork, desert spoon. Set shows wear/patina consistent with age.
Some of knife handles do show some apparent splits to wood. Some minor, tiny spots of pitting to some of the stainless steel, especially to dinner forks (see photo for the worst example). No disposal damage or apparent repairs.Overall the set still presents very nicely. I have not tried to clean or restore wood/steel at all. Please check with your country?
