Vintage Fully Acier Forged Small Chef Knife with Carbon Steel Blade & Wood Handle Made by Sabatier K. Sabatier K was founded over one hundred years ago. Sabatier K Jeune is a brand known and recognized for its exceptional quality in France and abroad. This is the professional high end quality Chef's knife produced from the Thiers region of France using a fully forged process. Blade, bolster, and tang are forged from a single piece of steel.

A hand shaping and sharpening process using local skilled labour. This knife has the blade fully forged from the fine carbon steel designed to take a finer edge and hold it longer providing razor sharp cutting satisfaction. The handle is triple riveted over the full tang to sure fitting for durability, strength, & balance.

Weight 4 - 5 oz. Maintenance Suggestion: Hand wash only in warm water after using, especially if used on foods that have acidic sauce/liquid.
