Old 13.5 inch Carbon Steel Chef Carving Knife. This vintage knife is most likely made by Kastor Cutlery of Solingen, Germany.

From photo 7 we can see part of a clover with the stamp trade mark. Hand forged stamped on reverse side. Of Germany would export their knives into the US using many various cutlery companies to avoid quotas. So although not definitive, this is most likely a Kastor knife. Handle is marked by previous owner.

Blade is sharp and has been cleaned. Nogent handle is slightly loose and can most likely be tightened. If you would like to upgrade to Priority International, faster and more expensive, please message us before purchasing.
