Vintage Sword & Shield Carbon Steel 10.5 inch Chef Knife. The blade is of this carbon steel chef knife is 10.5" in length with an overall length of 15.5".
Overall good condition for this chef knife. Blade has light scratching from hand washing and sharpening over the years. Knife also has some pitting and spotting which is typical of carbon steel knives of this age.
Slight handle loss were the handle meets the blade which can be seen in photo 4, but handle still remains tight to the full tang. Due to the collectable nature of our knives we do not sharpen them before sending off, therefore these knifes may require sharpening before intended use.
