Wear Ever Pre Cutco 12 inch Professional Chef Knife - 69212-12. The blade on this stainless steel knife is 12" with an OAL of 16 3/4". This knife is in good used condition, some obvious scratching on blade from hand washing and sharpening over the years. The handle is in very good condition and remains tight to the full tang.
