The blade has the thick heavy part located at the top half only near the handle as shown photos 6 & 7 (a small piece of paper covers the thick heavy part of the blade). The handle is triple riveted over the full tang to sure fitting for durability, strength, & balance. Pitting patina on both sides of the blade (last two photos), blade structure is good.
