Vintage Fully Forged Style US Military Heavy Chef Knife with Carbon Steel Blade & Wood Handle. Clyde Cutlery Company was founded in 1850 in Clyde, Ohio. This knife has the blade fully forged from the fine carbon steel. Designed to take a finer edge and hold it longer providing sharp cutting satisfaction.
