Vintage Traditional Walnut Collection Skinning Hunting Knife. With High-Carbon Stainless Steel Blade & Wood Handle. Chicago Cutlery was founded by Alfred Paulson in 1930. The company started out as a knife sharpening services for meatpacking companies and other professionals.
In 1969, it began manufacturing professional-grade knives. Its knives or knife sharpeners are comfortable, sturdy and well-balanced, making them easy to use.
Chicago Cutlery knives was hand crafted by American master cutlers with the following features. A sharp, hand ground tapered edge which is easily maintained with a sharpening steel. High carbon stainless steel blade to resist rust, stains and corrosion.Three solid brass rivets and a full tang for durability, strength and balance. Hand finished natural American walnut handle for comfort and safety.
