Vintage Traditional Walnut Collection Folding Fillet Knife. With High Carbon Stainless Steel Blade & Wood Handle. Chicago Cutlery was founded by Alfred Paulson in 1930. The company started out as a knife sharpening services for meatpacking companies and other professionals.
In 1969, it began manufacturing professional-grade knives. Its knives or knife sharpeners are comfortable, sturdy and well-balanced, making them easy to use. Chicago Cutlery knives was hand crafted by American master cutlers with the following features. Incredibly sharp taper flex edge. Maintenance Suggestion: Hand wash only in warm water after using, especially if used on foods that have acidic sauce/liquid. After washing it, wipe the blade and handle completely dry. Use of electric knife sharpener or dishwasher not recommended.
