SABATIER 12 INCH CHEF's KNIFE, NEW, (MADE IN FRANCE) See VIDEO. This is a real Professional knife and despite its size is well balanced and a pleasure to use. I have two and use them often especially if I have a lot of vegetables or meat to process. There is a rather lengthy video attached, where I chop up several different vegetables and then break down a raw turkey so you can see the versatility. Made in Thiers France by K Sabatier a company that has been family run since 1834, this knife is a old school classic that harkens back to a time when everything was processed by hand.
