Vintage 12 Blade SABATIER Lamalle Carbon Chef Knife FRANCE

Older, top quality very large chef's knife, made in France by Sabatier, and imported by Charles Lamalle. Lamalle was the earliest importer and brought in high end cookware to chefs in New York. The carbon steel blade measures 12 long. The overall length is 17-1/4 long.

It is marked a s shown. It is in very nice vintage condition. Handle is nice and tight. Blade has a patina from age.
