This knife is the professional high end quality Chef's knife produced from the Thiers region in France using a fully forged process. Blade, bolster, and tang are forged from a single piece of steel.
A hand shaping and sharpening process using local skilled labour. It has the blade fully forged by hand from the fine carbon steel. Designed to take a finer edge and hold it longer providing sharp cutting satisfaction. The handle is triple riveted over the full tang to sure fitting for durability, strength, and balance.
It has the good condition. Weight 5 - 6 oz.
Hand wash only in warm water after using, especially if used on foods that have acidic sauce/liquid. After washing it, wipe the blade and handle completely dry. Use of electric knife sharpener or dishwasher not recommended.
