Vintage Camillus No. 14 Serpentine Knives Boxed Set of 6 Made in USA

Vintage Boxed set Collection of Six No. In 1867 Adolph Kastor, a German immigrant started Adolph Kastor Bros in New York City as an importer and distributor of German cutlery products.

In 1902 the company acquired ownership of Camillus Cutlery Company of Camillus New York and began producing US made cutlery products under their new management. Thru the years, it has become one of the largest manufacturers of cutlery products in the USA until they ceased operation in 2007. 14, "Serpentine Jack" knife is fifth in a series of numbered Camillus two-blade jack knives numbered from 10 thru 39. This box-set collection has six Camillus No. 14 identical knives and comes with black or brown jigged DELRIN handles. 14 knives has two high carbon steel blade and features (1) a 2-7/8" long clip shaped main blade and (2) a 2-1/8" long pen blade. The main blade has a clear tang stamp CAMILLUS over. 14 on the reverse side. The jigged brown or black DELRIN handles are pinned with brass rods. Bolsters are nickel/silver bolsters, full with no damage. Knife parts, bolsters, brass frames, spacers, and steel backsprings are working properly and perfectly aligned. It comes with a handle mounted blank nickel/silver shield. Overall knife length is 3 3/8 closed. All pieces on this vintage boxed set of six Camillus No. 14 Serpentine Jack knives are used with beautiful vintage patinas.

Each has identical tang stamp and No. All handles are in either. Jigged brown or black DELRIN material.
